Prior to a cluster upgrade, triggering a blue/green deployment is not possible and in certain cases a similar message to below one can be seen in the top-right corner of the screen when clicking the "Deploy" button:
"Scheduled Upgrade(k8sUpgradeUpdateStrategy)is scheduled within Green deployment window.
Green deployment can be created only after scheduled upgrade is completed."
