3647395 - Issues with Exporting Web Intelligence Reports to Excel : Missing First Column or Cell Misalignment

Symptom

  • The first column goes missing in Excel exported from Web Intelligence report after updating to BI 4.3 SP4 Patch11, 12 or 13 and higher versions.
  • Few columns are merged, few tables are not in format, or few columns are missing when sent through email
  • It displays correctly in Web Intelligence report.
  • Otherwise, after exported to Excel, there may be misalignment in the cells of the exported report.
