3647425 - Billing Document Requests are not collected in Schedule Billing Creation app - S/4HANA Public Cloud

The billing document requests for service contracts (SVTB type) are not collected in Schedule Billing Creation app. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition 

1. Open the "Schedule Billing Creation" app.
2. Create a daily schedule batch job for service contract invoices.
3. Set the following parameters:

• Billing Data: Billing Type: Service Contract BDR (SVTB)
• Document: Billing Document Request enabled

1. Execute the batch job and observe that the billing document requests for service contracts are not collected.

The batch job does not find any results when searching for billing type SVTB, as SVTB is a Billing Document Request (BDR) type and not a billing type. The actual billing type used is F2.

Using billing type F2 may also include service order-related documents. Currently, the system does not offer a flexible selection to separate these cases. As a workaround, customers can filter by number ranges, since service contracts always have numbers greater than 1,000,000,000, while service orders/confirmations are below that range.
