3647484 - Registration completion screen appears on central login page instead of the initiating site in SSO flow

Symptom

In a Single Sign On (SSO) flow in Customer Data Cloud (CDC), if a user with missing required data is redirected to the Central Login Page (CLP) to sign in, the Profile Completion screen appears on the CLP for the user to complete the login flow.

How to allow the Profile Completion screen appears on the initiating site instead of the CLP.
