3647501 - Park and Hold functionality in Create Outgoing Invoices App - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

In the app Create Outgoing Invoices (App ID FB70), it is not possible to park and Hold the invoices. 

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to transaction FB70 in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
  2. Select "Menu" > "Document" > "Park".
  3. Select "Menu" > "Document" > "Hold".
  4. Observe that the Park and Hold options are grayed out and unavailable.

Cause

The app 'Create Outgoing Invoices' does not support Park and Hold functionality. 

Resolution

  1. Park and Hold functionality is not available in the app Create Outgoing Invoices as the app don't support workflow. 
  2. Please follow the KBA 2963059 and submit an influence request at the site https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign
