SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to Data Retention Management.
2. Create a purge request titled 'DRTM Master Data Purge'.
3. Define the subject criteria (e.g., user ID).
4. Tick the option: 'Ignore data retention time configuration for this purge request'.
5. Add an approver.
6. Submit the purge request.
7. Access the Purge Request Monitor.
8. Review the results and observe the error in the report.

There is a missing database sequence MDF_PURGE_AUDIT_SEQ in the instance database environment schema.
