3647531 - Incorrect URL in Integration Services Registration Center

When attempting to register the Identity Provisioning Service in the Integration Services Registration Center, the following error is displayed:

“Incorrect URL: The URL was unresolved or blocked. Enter another URL and retry. Ensure that the IP address used for this registration is not blocked. If the issue persists, contact Technical Support for further assistance".

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to the SAP SuccessFactors Admin Center > Integration Services Registration Center screen,
2. Complete the necessary fields
3. Click Register,
4. Error will display "Incorrect URL: The URL was unresolved or blocked. Enter another URL and retry. Ensure that the IP address used for this registration is not blocked. If the issue persists, contact Technical Support for further assistance" is displayed".

The Destination URL field is not configured correctly.

The URL format for the SAP Cloud Identity infrastructure is https://<ips-tenant-host>/ipsproxy/service/api/v1/systems/<system-id>. 

• <ips-tenant-host>: The format should be the same as the one mentioned on SAML issuer on provisioning SSO settings (e.g. https://a1b2c3.ondemand.com)
• <system-id>:
  1. Navigate to IAS Admin console.
  2. Go to Identity Provisioning.
  3. Select Source System.
  4. On the URL tab get the characters after /sourceSystems/ 
      
  5. Result should look like this https://a1b2c3.ondemand.com/ipsproxy/service/api/v1/systems/62cf4aa7-8992-4901-a951-e3cd21a38d47
