Symptom

An alert message indicating "Error occurred during saving of user: Missing firstname/lastname information for UserID: 'XYZ'" may appear.

Although the message contains the term 'Error,' it is essential to note that this serves merely as an alert and does not negatively impact the execution of any associated job processes.

Specifically, the alert arises when users lack first name or last name details within the source system, thereby rendering them ineligible for storage in IAG tables in the database. Despite this missing information, it can be verified that the user has been successfully synced to IAG by checking the ID in the 'Maintain User Data' tile
