3648014 - Change Task List (W0021) data missing from general maintenance task list after saving in sap s/4hana

Symptom

  • Data goes missing from General Maintenance Task List (Create Task List, Change Task List - W0021) after saving it.
  • Most data fields, except planning plant and overall status, are saved as empty despite the status at the bottom of the screen indicating green and successful.
  • Users can use transactions IA05 and IA06 in GUI without data going removed/deleted.
