3648073 - Cache update fails due to incorrect port used to communicate with Non-central adapter engine

After enabling HTTPS for non-central adapter engine, specific HTTPS port (just for example, 44313) is defined. In central Process Orchestration (PO) system > Integration Directory (Integration Builder), change the object like communication channel related to non-central adapter engine, save and activate the changelist, the following error occurs as it uses incorrect HTTPS port.

Unable to notify Adapter Engine 'af.<SID>.<IP address>' that is affected by the data change
Unable to establish HTTP connection https://<host of non-central adapter engine>:<incorrect port like 443>/CPACache/invalidate
Unable to notify Mapping Runtime  'af.<SID>.<IP address>' that is affected by the data change
