Symptom

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to SuccessFactors.
  2. Go to Report Center.
  3. Open story 
    ==>Notice that the dimension members for custom fields are not showing up, but displayed as Null

Cause

  • The data of current date in prompt cannot be considered all the time.

Resolution

  • Edit the story and in the prompt dialog setting, check the option "keep last saved values for dynamic variables", then save the story.
