Symptom

  • An error message occurs in the Intercompany Purchase Order: "Purchase order item 00010 still contains faulty schedule lines."
  • The issue persists even after running the "Schedule resolution of value chain issues" job.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

The delivery date in the schedule line for item is in the past. In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, schedule lines with past delivery dates are considered invalid, which prevents further processing and leads to the error.

Resolution

  1. Open the purchase order document and locate the affected schedule line for item.
  2. Update the delivery date to a valid future date.
  3. Save the purchase order.
  4. Re-run the "Schedule Resolution of Value Chain Issues" job to synchronize the value chain.
  5. Verify that the intercompany purchase order processes successfully without further errors.
