3648374 - Incorrect opening and closing balances and bank statement number when creating manual bank statement - S/4HANA Public Cloud

Symptom

Since 2508 when user creates manual bank statement by selecting "Create Next" button in Manage Bank Statements app, the bank statement number, opening and closing balances are displayed incorrectly.
