3648379 - Error in LDAP Message when Delivery item quantity is set to zero

Symptom

  • The Load Plan is Finalized.
  • The quantity of one of the Delivery items is reduced to zero in EWM using a Process Code.
  • A LDAP message (e.g., Product Goods Issue) is triggered and sent to TM, but the message fails in SRT_MONI with the following error:
    • "Freight Unit not found for BTD reference &1 &2 &3" (/SCMTMS/TOR_INT 171)
