3648409 - Users can't remove themselves from some Class Requests

Users added to a Class Request through the 'Move Users from Waitlist to Request List' automatic process or by Learning admin are unable to remove such request.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into HCM > navigate to the Learning user side >
2. In the Library, search for a class to self-register >
3. Notice that the class has no seats available, so join its waitlist >
4. After the class date passes, the users in the waitlist get automatically transferred to a Class Request list, through the 'Move Users from Waitlist to Request List' automatic process >
5. At the user side, the user navigates to the item for which they are in the Class Request >
6. Click on 'View Class Request' > a pop-up with more details on the Class Request are shown >
7. Click on 'Remove' to be removed from the request >
8. The system shows 'Request Removed' >
9. However, the user remains in the class request >
10. This same behavior happens when users are added to Class Requests by a Learning Administrator.

As per Engineering team, the application's expected behavior is that users that were added to Class Requests by Learning admins or by the 'Move Users from Waitlist to Request List' automatic process are not allowed to remove the request. That is, the application only allows users to remove class requests when they themselves created the request.

However, the "Remove" button should not be visible to the users in the situations where the user is not allowed to self-remove from the class request.

To have the user experience adjusted to the application's expected behavior, our Engineering team has developed a code correction, planned to be delivered within the b2511 release version, as per the schedule available at Product Release & Road Map Information.

For VSaaS customers, this means that the fix is planned to be delivered as part of the b2605 release version, as per the schedule available at Learning Validated SaaS Release Schedule.

After this fix, the users should no longer see the "Remove" button for Class Requests which they were added into by Learning admins or by the 'Move Users from Waitlist to Request List' automatic process. The "Remove" button should remain visible for Class Requests which the users added themselves into.
