3648473 - SUM stuck in configuration phase due to "com.sap.engine.frame.core.configuration.NameNotFoundException: Configuration [<destination name>] not found in [destinations/RFC]"

Upgrading java system from lower SP to higher SP (Ex. SP05 to SP31). In configuration phase of Show UME location Step may see below error:
