3648509 - Facing "server may not be SAP HANA" error when connecting HANA Cloud via DBCO

Symptom

You created Database Connection to HANA Cloud (Datasphere) in DBCON with the following parameters:

 

HOST=<Service ID>.<Region>.hanacloud.ondemand.com:443;CON_PARAM=ENCRYPT=TRUE,sslValidateCertificate=false

 

Testing the connection with procedure: ADBC_TEST_CONNECTION , you the following error:

 

Connection failed (RTE:[200110] Invalid connect reply (server may not be SAP HANA) (<IP address>:<port> -> <Service ID>.<Region>.hanacloud.ondemand.com:443))
