3648526 - Goods issue for return to vendor is considering wrong reference inbound delivery

Symptom

The user has created two inbound deliveries for the same PO item, a return to vendor delivery is created for the second inbound delivery, but when posting GI for the return to vendor delivery, the system is considering the first delivery as the one to be returned.
