3648635 - Sales document remaining "In Approval" status despite workflow cancellation in the "Flexible Workflow Administration" app

When attempting to delete a sales document, the error "Sales document & is in approval. No changes are allowed" is displayed, indicating that it is still in the approval workflow. However, the workflow has been canceled using the "Flexible Workflow Administration" app. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a sales document.
2. The sales document triggers the workflow, and the approval status of the sales document is "In Approval".
3. Cancel the sales document workflow using the "Flexible Workflow Administration" app.
4. Attempting to delete the sales document results in the error: "Sales document & is in approval. No changes are allowed".

Canceling the workflow in the "Flexible Workflow Administration" app only stops the current workflow from being progressed further. It does not revoke the current approval status of the sales document.

Delete the sales document following the KBA.
