Resolution
Note: In Modify Form Route Map, if you want to use Modify common options to mass modify forms, their route map steps must be completely identical in the following aspects:
- number of steps
- order of steps
- step name
- step type (including steps roles)
- step ID
There are two methods to help you generate the route map steps report from integration center. If you only want to use the report for distinguishing and comparing form steps in order to correctly using “Modify form route map” to mass modify forms, you can refer to Option1 directly. If you prefer to configure your custom columns in route map for your report, you can follow the Option2’s steps to set a new EDI stacked integration.
Option 1: upload pre-made icd file
- Download the file "Form route map step_definition.zip" from attachment and unzip the file.
- Go to integration center > Click on create > Select "import an integration definition".
- Choose the downloaded pre-made icd file "Form route map step_definition.icd", and click on upload.
- Under configure fields, you will see the already configured column, respectively,
- Document id
- Step name

- Step type (type of the step: E, EM, C E EM etc.)
- Step ID
- Form template ID
- Go to Filter and Sort, add filter for your query. It is recommended to use formTemplateId or creationDate.
- Go back to configure fields and confirm the preview data. You can click on the eyeglass icon on the right to display preview data in full.
- Go to Destination Settings to configure the necessary information to export the data. For how to fill the information, refer to Destination Settings.
