• Document storage under "Manage Documents" displays X TB of space consumed for Total Allocation, while the breakdown under "Distribution of storage used by document categories" shows less than that value.
• This discrepancy impacts all modules where documents are generated.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to "Manage Documents".
2. Click on "Document Storage".
3. Observe that the overall storage utilization is displayed as X TB, while the sum of categories is significantly lower.

This is a backend issue causing incorrect storage calculation.

• This issue can be resolved by the internal engineering team by running a backend script.
• Raise a new support case under the component LOD-SF-PLT-DOC and provide the following:
  1. Screenshot of the "Document Storage" page
  2. Support access for the instance so the engineers can validate the issue
