3648892 - CAR OAA: Table /oaa/atp_resv remains empty after upgrade from older CARAB release to CARAB 6.0

Symptom

  • After upgrading SAP Customer Activity Repository applications bundle from an older release of CARAB to CARAB 6.0 and up, the table /OAA/ATP_RESV is empty.
  • The upgrade guide indicates that data should be automatically copied from tables /OAA/ATP_RESV_H and /OAA/ATP_RESV_I to /OAA/ATP_RESV during the upgrade process.
  • Entries in /OAA/ATP_RESV_I have the same value for the field "EXTERNAL_ID". In CARAB 6.0, the new table /OAA/ATP_RESV has a unique index (EID) for the field "EXTERNAL_ITEM_ID".
