3648923 - Owner Name is Incorrect in Serial Number After Return from Project Stock Order

In Project Stock Order, after performing a return of product XYZ (where XYZ is the Product ID) with Serial Number SN1(where SN1 is the Serial Number), the Owner ID is not updated for the Serial Number SN1.

1. Go to the Service Entitlements Work Center and select the Registered Products view.
2. Search for Product XYZ and Serial Number SN1.
3. Click "View All".
4. In Involved Parties Tab, the Owner Name is mentioned as  ABC( where ABC is a custodian name)instead of DEF(where DEF is the company's name).

In Project Stock Order, the serial number SN1 is returned back to the company DEF. In Stock Overview, the Owner Name is updated as DEF.

However, in Registered Products, the Owner Name is not updated and it still reflects the Custodian Name ABC. This is because in Project Stock Order, the stock with Registered product SN1 was delivered to the custodian ABC. If it is checked in consumption history of Project Stock Order, the registered product SN1  still appears there. Even though the registered product SN1 is returned back to the company DEF, it is still linked with the custodian. Hence  the owner name in registered product is still reflects as ABC. 

This is a system behavior.
