Symptom
Assignment Rule criteria for Business Roles only apply correctly when a user has a single Business Role assigned. When an additional business role is assigned to the user, the Assignment Rule no longer functions properly, resulting in the incorrect or default page layout being displayed rather than the intended layout specific to the Business Role defined.
