SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

3649002 - Protocol connectors not available due to EDS user problems

Symptom

You can not see any protocol connector available in the EDS dashboard.

In the SL.Client logs from the specific database you can see below error:

[EDFBackend.Connectors.SLCompany]: Can not start the company connection for company `XXXXXX`
System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: Bad Request (-8024: User is locked; contact the administrator)
