3649028 - The Tax Jurisdiction Code is Not Being Displayed When Filtering in the Tax Jurisdiction Work Center

When filtering for a specific Tax Jurisdiction Code in the Tax Jurisdiction Work Center, the system is not fetching the information.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Sales Order Work Center.
2. Go to the Tax Jurisdiction View.
3. In the Tax Jurisdiction Code column, filter for /VERTEX/ZZZZ (where ZZZZ represents the Tax Jurisdiction Code).

No results are displayed.

Currently all Views in the system, only displays the first 10,000 records are displayed.

The reason the Tax Jurisdiction Code /VERTEX/ZZZZ is not retrieved when filtering in the Tax Jurisdiction View is because the code /VERTEX/ZZZZ  is not included within the first 10,000 records. To locate the Tax Jurisdiction Code /VERTEX/ZZZZ, a more refined search using the advanced filter functionality is necessary.

In case a search is required to be performed to locate the Tax Jurisdiction Code /VERTEX/ZZZZ using the Advance filter, the following steps can be performed to enhance and speed up the search process:

1. Go to the Sales Order Work Center.
2. Go to the Tax Jurisdiction View.
3. Select the Advance Search.
4. In the Tax Jurisdiction Code, enter /VERTEX/ZZZZ (Do not select the option from the drop down of the field).
5. Select Go.

The system should take a while to load the desired Tax Jurisdiction Code information.
