Symptom
- sapstartsrv process is missing after DAA (diagnostic agent) starts.
- The issue persists despite executing the command '/usr/sap/hostctrl/exe/sapcontrol -nr 98 -function StartService'.
- The problem arose after moving to a new server with CPU type: Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 6442Y.
- OS log (/var/log/messages) shows the process got core dumped after it started.
