3649048 - DB6: SM13 updates deactivated due to database error -289

Symptom

  • SM13 updates were disabled.

  • In SAP system log (T-cd SM21), it gives:
    Database error -289 requires database administrator to intervene.
    The update was deactivated following a system error.

  • The database log (db2diag.log)
