3649054 - The Count Of Employees Are Not Matching With The Org Unit

When opening the Employee work center view under People work center, the count of Employees appearing to user is different from what is assigned to user under Org Structure "123".

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Log into the system with the affected user.
2. Go to People work center.
3. Open the Employee work center view.
4. Under "All" query, there are more than 500 employees and not only the "11" employees of "123" org unit.

This is the system behavior.

The Employee work center is not per default filtering on any org relations.
The query All will show all employees available on the system.
