3649076 - Create Global Survey for all Sales Orgs

It is desired to determine whether a Global/General Survey can be created.

For example, the requirement is for a single Survey to be configured for all the existing Sales Organizations in the system. Currently, when a Survey is created, the system allows only one Sales Organization to be selected. Therefore, it is desired to know whether multiple organizations can be assigned to the same Survey. 

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Surveys > Surveys.
2. Click new.
3. On Sales Org field select one.
4. It is only possible to select one Sales Org and not multiple.

It is not possible to select multiple Sales Organizations in the Survey quick create screen and neither associate more than one later.

This is the system expected behavior.

However, what could be done in such scenario is to create one Main Sales Organization and associate the desired Sales Orgs to it as sub-units, during its creation. 

For example:

1. Go to Organizational Managements > Org Structures.
2. Create a Sales Organization to be the Main/Parent of all, named as for example Sales Org "ABC" (where ABC represents the name of the Sales Org).
3. Note: please ensure the Sales Organization toggle button is flagged.
4. After created with the desired information, go to the list and select the line for this Sales Organization.
5. Click on button New > SubOrg unit.
6. Here a quick create screen will show and the Sales Organization will be automatically filled as the Parent Unit. 
7. Fill all desired fields and save.
8. It will be named as, for example, "ABC sub-unit1".
9. Now repeat from steps 4 to 6 until as many sub-units as needed are associated to the main Sales Organization.
10. Go to Surveys > Surveys.
11. Click new.
12. Select Sales Org "ABC". 

However, in case there are already Sales Organizations (main ones) created and assigned its org units to each one of them, it will not be possible to associate existing sales units to the Main Sales Org. It is only possible to associate during creation, as per described in the steps above.
