Symptom

Your scenario is composed by 2 SAP Cloud Connectors (SCC), where the same subaccount ID is added to both SCCs using same Location ID similarly to below.

Then, it was perperceive that times SCC1 is active and SCC2 is inactive and vice-versa, causing intermittency with connectivity between BTP applications and backend systems, where only one SCC is responding at a time.
