3649097 - Warning message G0249: " No document type assigned the "manual posting" task" while posting document in Group Reporting side

A warning message (G0249) appears when posting manual group journal entries using  document types such as Z1;

The issue can be found in app Import/Post Group journal entries .

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open Import Group Journal Entry.
2. Import the file using the provided template.
3. Click into the uploaded journal entry.
4. Observe the warning message: "No document type assigned the 'manual posting' task."

The issue is caused by an enhancement introduced in release 2508, which checks for the assignment of document types to manual posting tasks.

1. Access SSCUI 104738 Define Tasks for Manual Posting.
2. Assign the relevant document types to the related manual posting task
3. Save the changes in Customizing.
4. Test the configuration to ensure the warning message no longer appears.
