3649125 - Cannot find "S/4HANA Private Cloud 2023" option in MP when planning the upgrade

Symptom

In Maintenance Planner (MP), when trying to plan system upgrade (or conversion) to S/4HANA 2023 (RISE), cannot find product name "S/4HANA Private Cloud 2023", although the S-User has valid product license.

  • Example 1: Search 2023 under "Plan a Conversion to SAP S/4hana": Only "SAP S/4HANA 2023" is visible.

 

  • Example 2: Search S/4HANA Private Cloud under "Plan a Maintenance": No any result found.
