3649134 - Output design of wage types with evaluation class 06 value 20 has been fixed after Note 3611165

Symptom

Before Note 3611165, wage types with evaluation class 06 value 20 are only shown in Time Management section when they have no value. After the note, these wage types are displayed in both Monthly Salary section and Time Management section. This is correct and the expected output result after Note 3611165.
