3649171 - Prorated refund not applied during mid-term subscription cancellation

Symptom

When an active subscription is canceled mid-term and the "Overrule Subscription Terms" option is enabled, the subscription is terminated immediately, and the remaining charges become eligible for a refund.

In the case of recurring billing, it is generally expected that a prorated calculation will be applied when a subscription is canceled during the contract period.

During actual testing, it was observed that the remaining charges until the end of the contract period were fully waived, rather than being prorated.
