• The Refinitiv data option offers four property options: ASK, BID, MID, CLOSE, none of which match the rate provided by the XXX Bank.

1. Run the application "Request Historical Market Data - Datafeed".
2. Verify the rate fetched by the system.
3. Compare the fetched rate with the expected rate from XXX Bank.

• There is a portion that requires accuracy down to the minute because exchange rates themselves fluctuate, which can lead to discrepancies. 
• It is also possible that the target bank uses a data source other than Refinitiv data option, which can also result in discrepancies. 

1. Confirm the specific time period for which the target bank provides the target rate.
2. Identify which property option (ASK, BID, MID, CLOSE) corresponds to the rate provided by the target bank.
3. Adjust the system configuration to align with the correct property option and time period.

If the rate still does not match, use the BYOR (Bring Your Own Rate) data option to upload the rate from your end.
