Symptom
- Cannot release the service call, and even when released, the service call does not appear in the partner portal.
- Error message: "An error occurred [CA-224]" is displayed when attempting to release the service call.
- In some cases, the error message "[CA-15: Cannot find class for resource [CrowdAssignment]]" is encountered.
