3649223 - IAS Login Page Shows as a blank screen

• While accessing an application, it is redirected to the IAS login page as expected, but it appears as blank.
• The browser console log shows an error: "Refused to load the script".  
   
• The following error is identified in the HAR file: 
   
   URL: https://sapui5.hana.ondemand.com/1.108.43/resources/sap-ui-core.js
   Result: net::ERR_ABORTED 
    
   A redirect to a proxy server(zscaler) is also observed.
