3649390 - Employment Profile Selection (Rehire title) shows no candidates for one/some users - Onboarding

The title Employment Profile Selection displays a number of tasks assigned to a specific user. However, when clicking to open the task, no information is displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

The affected user does not have the necessary Rehire permissions to view or perform such tasks.

Confirm that the user is included in the Rehire Coordinator group under Onboarding Dynamic Groups.

If the user is already part of this group but still cannot see the pending rehires under Employment Profile Selection, the issue is most likely due to missing permissions.

These permissions are not only required to view tasks under the Rehire title but are also essential for executing the full rehire process.

After granting the necessary permissions, test again using a new rehire candidate. (Previously added rehires may still not display correctly.)
