Symptom
In SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, the Reprocess Goods Movements (COGI) app does not support the subtotals function the same way as it is available in Private Cloud.
Users are unable to group and analyze data effectively due to the missing subtotal functionality.

Reproducing the Issue
- Open the Reprocess Goods Movements (COGI) Fiori app.
- Ensure Quantity and Order columns are visible via layout settings.
- Apply a Total on the Quantity column.
- Expectation: Subtotals should appear on the Order field automatically.
- Actual: No subtotals are displayed for the grouped fields.

Resolution
Resolution steps:
- In the Reprocess Goods Movements (COGI) app select ‘Individual Records’ as Output Criteria
- Select the ‘Qty in unit of entry’ column
- Click on ‘Display Sum’ button
- Then click on ‘Change Layout’ button -> Sort Order
- Select the ’Order’ from the Culumn Name and add as sort criterion
- Set the ’Calculate subtotals’ checkbox
- The subtotals are enabled
