3649437 - Central Finance: Removal of payment block using MRBR transaction does not replicate to Target/CFIN system

Symptom

When removing payment block in Source System using for example transaction "MRBR" or "BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_RELEASE", the documetn change for it is not capture at Source Staging Table "CFIN_ACCHD", which is not replicated.
