System is throwing an error for Work Permit when using Rehire With New Employment in Rehire Inactive Employee but the user in the error message does not exist. 

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to Rehire inactive user;
2. Select user > rehire with new employment
3. Go through all the steps;
4. Submit;
5. Error message: "Employment Details do not exist for user ID ABC. Please add the Employment Details for this user and retry the operation."
6. Try to find the user from error message and is not possible.

• Data inconsistencies in the user's address records and personal global information;
• Residual data from purged user profiles causing conflicts during the rehire process;

As this is a data inconsistency in the database, please raise an ticket with the support team to assist you as this will require actions from the engineering team.
