• Only the reference description is returned when attempting to fetch data from custom fields in Story Reports.

2. Attempt to add a reference ID to a Story Report >
3. Observe that only the reference description is returned, and the reference ID is not available.

The system is designed to return only the reference description for custom fields in Story Reports, not the reference ID.

Alternatively, to have a different system behavior, it would be possible to have an enhancement request created for it (as per KBA 2090228), where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release.
