Some user groups were accidentally deleted from the system. However, in the Backoffice, their status appears as 'MODIFIED' instead of 'REMOVED'. Standard diagnostic checks, including user audit logs and a search for circular references in the group hierarchy, did not reveal the cause of the issue.
