Symptom

After implementing the solution of the solution for Labor reform Law 2466, 2025: SENA trainees in productive stage

  • Social Security discount for apprentices is not calculated correctly when transitioning from a Learning stage to a Productive stage following the implementation of the Labor Reform.
  • The payroll calculation incorrectly bases the Social Security deduction on 30 days instead of the actual number of days corresponding to the transition period.
