Symptom

The Cloud Connector configuration has been transported from one environment and imported to another environment. For example, from an on-premise environment to a Rise environment.

There are more Cloud connector in use and there is an issue with an application connecting randomly to backend system in one environment when both Cloud Connectors are running in parallel, even though they are configured to point to different virtual and internal hostnames.
