3649496 - Batch input issue with "background mode simulate" in transaction code co10 during BDC recoding in SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

The issue occurs during the execution of batch input for transaction code Tr-cd:CO10 while BDC recording in SAP S/4HANA. When the "Background Mode Simulate" is set to OFF, the process completes successfully. When the "Background Mode Simulate" is set to ON, the "Effectivity Parameter Description" popup screen does not display, preventing the BDC recording.
