3649541 - Error M3695 occurs in table MBEWH when creating material valuation types

Symptom

Material is a split valuation material. When trying to create material valuation types in t-code MM01, a pop-up window "Update was canceled" shown after saving. When checking the update request in t-code SM13, error M3695 "Error inserting in table MBEWH" is shown.
