Symptom

Users are encountering the error message "ISEC-014: Unexpected Exchange". The issue occurs in the user settings within the email integration module.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the email integration module.
  2. Access the user settings.
  3. Observe the error message "ISEC-014: Unexpected Exchange".

Cause

The impersonation method has been deprecated. If the organization connectivity type is set to "Impersonation", this error occurs.

Resolution

  1. Identify the connectivity type currently set for the organization.
  2. Change the connectivity type from "Impersonation" to another supported method.
  3. Proceed with the setup and verify that the error is resolved.
