SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Manage Recruiting Settings
2. Find Recruiting Subscriber Settings 
3. Configure Process this event if the duration of the Leave of Absence is X days
4. Select Template
5. Set the Recruiter/Hiring Manager/Sourer to Next Level Manager or any user you want
6. Go to Intelligent Service Centre
7. Find the Event-Employee Time Off
8. Enable this Event for recruiting module
9. Then this event will be triggered once the Employee has been approved for time off

Note: the auto-delegation feature will not apply to newly created requisitions after an approver (Recruiter or Hiring manager) has applied for leave
